What is your payment policy?

• We accept cash, checks and credit card payments processed through Paypal.
• Any client requesting to use Paypal will be emailed an electronic invoice. Payments must be received prior to the service date. We reserve the right to cancel services if payment policy is not met.
• Payments made online prior to service are fully refundable if services are cancelled.
• Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of appointment date; charges may apply for late cancellations.
• When you provide a check as payment you authorize us to use information from the check to make a one time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check authorization. You authorize us to collect a fee of $25 (plus a bank fee if allowed by state law) through electronic fund transfer from your account if your payment is return unpaid. Please include the following information on your check.
o Drivers License Number & State
o Full Name
o Street Address
o Phone Number
• Our policy is to collect payment at the time of service (unless prior billing arrangements have been made.) In the event you are not home, payment must be left in plain view, such as on the kitchen counter.
• If payment cannot be located we will attempt to contact you prior to performing any services. In the event we cannot reach you, we must leave without performing services you ordered
• In the event we cannot gain entry to your home to perform the requested service, or if payment cannot be located, Remix Redesign must leave and you will be billed a nonrefundable service fee of $50.00.
• We reserve the right to terminate services if we feel threatened or uncomfortable
• We are dog and cat friendly however for their protection clients must secure their animals in a safe area away from our redesign team.
• Important valuables such as jewelry, credit cards, checkbooks, important documents, money etc., must be securely stored before our team arrives.
• If payment is not met on date of service the clients will be responsible for any and all legal expenses incurred by Remix Redesign to collect payment.
• Because interior redesign is a personalized service, we do not offer refunds. However, we make every attempt to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with our services. Your business is important to us.
